Credit

Credit is responsible for the underwriting process. We work with underwriting of larger and complicated mortgages. A rewarding part of our job is to educate and support our Loan Officers, to increase their knowledge regarding mortgages.

Collection

Collection is responsible for the collection process. We have contact with customers that have difficulties to pay their mortgages. We try to find solutions to help the customers and minimize credit losses. In the team we are a mix of full-time and part-time colleagues, and several students at the beginning of their career.

Meet our colleagues

  • We meet customers from different backgrounds and situations. “Welcome as you are” is truly how we work, not just words. We aim to find a way for new entrepreneurs to buy their own house, save the home of a family facing illness or unemployment, and help those struggling with expensive consumer loans by refinancing them.
