The Marketing department at Bluestep Bank is a vibrant and inspiring workplace with the overall objective to create relevant communication and acquire customers through paid and organic channels.
The Nordic teams are responsible for the marketing strategy, brand development, content creation, web optimization and customer acquisition for all markets. A data driven approach is central in our everyday work. We collaborate closely with Operations as well as other divisions within the company - and take pride in always having fun together.

I would describe us as a large niche bank or a small big bank. We are big enough to be able to do things and really move forward but still “small” enough to be able to make fast decisions and keep a good pace. Somewhat a perfect combination!
